Rich, smokey and smooth. A taste achieved by using traditional artesanal methods, by roasting 100% Agave Espadín in conical hole with rocks & distilling twice in copper still pots. This premium Agave spirit is hand crafted from start to finish in Oaxaca and is the embodiment of a classic Mezcal ARTESANAL.


Agave: Espadin

The classical artisanal production. Agave is cooked in an underground conical hole with rocks, fire and wood. It IS THEN Ground WITH a round stone rock, which is pulled by a horse (traditional method). The next stage is Fermentation, which happens in a 1,000 lt wood barrel. IT is then Double distilled in a copper still.
